Melissa Meredith is Founder and Chief People Officer at Fueled by Meredith + Co.

With a fascination for both human behavior and the world of business, the path to a career in “Human Resources” was a natural one for Melissa. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior, she worked in Corporate America for 12 years before finding her true passion in building and growing younger companies by focusing holistically on the employee experience. Today, she partners with Founders/CEOs of tech startups and helps them build and scale the people side of the business through periods of rapid change and growth.

Through the years, Melissa has been fortunate to work with exceptionally talented leaders who have expertise in fields that require specialization.
